Now in its sixth year, Logo‘s AfterElton.com and AfterEllen.com websites have released the Hottest 100 Men and Women of 2012. The list was based on reader votes and culminated in a first ever Hot 100 party on July 16, 2012 at the W Hotel in Hollywood. Over 260,000 votes were cast this year for the hottest men and women in entertainment, athletics, politics and more. Stolichnaya® Premium vodka was one of the sponsors for the Hot 100 party and proceeds from the event benefited Dan Savage’s It Gets Better Project– a program focused on building self esteem of LGBT youth and anti-LGBT bullying. E! News correspondent David Burtka, #25 on the AfterElton Hot 100 Men for this year, made a speech on behalf of the It Gets Better Project and guests were invited to create their own It Gets Better videos that have become a staple of the overall campaign. Dance pop artist NiRé AllDai also performed for party-goers.
