The name Brooklyn has been done before, so Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz turned to another New York City borough in naming their newborn son: The Bronx.She hails from Texas, he grew up near Chicago, and the pop-rock power couple haven’t said whether the Yankees’ territory (and arguably the toughest real estate in New York City) inspired their unusual choice: Bronx Mowgli Wentz.

I am so proud of Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz for their quiet bravery in naming their baby Bronx.
I can really respect Ashlee.
She is far more exciting to experience than her elder sister. Just think about it. Ashlee had to develop her own success while being in the shadow of a famous sister. Go Ashlee. Have more babies. And name the heck out of them.
Sometimes I think about Bronx growing up being the child of the famous Ashlee. And seeing how talent obviously run in the family, I be Bronx will sing to make tears stream down the faces of alabaster statues.
Just lovely.
Oh yeah, and Peter is no slouch.
I man after my own heart. He was an all-star soccer player and I love to watch soccer all snuggled up with my armorada.
During soccer season, we watch tons of TV rooting for….of course…Manchester United. Only the second most successful ballclub in recent vintage.
Anywho….
Peter is very inspiration being an entrepreneur and a host on MTV. Awesome.
Not only is he an athlete, he is personable and smart.
Kudos.
Ashlee and Peter probably will be a power couple in a few years from now.
