This year’s Teen Choice Awards aired on FOX Monday, August 9. Hosted by Katy Perry and guys from Glee. The red carpet webcast was hosted by Michael Buckley and Taryn Southern. Winners are chosen by teens ages 13 to 19. This year over 85 million votes were cast.
Get ready for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards

The MTV Movie Awards is one of the few awards shows where you are the jury who votes for their own nominees and then gets to vote on who they want to win. This year’s MTV Movie Awards is being hosted by the hilarious Aziz Anzari that you may recognize as the character “Tom” on “Parks and Recreation.” I wish I was able to get out there this year, but I’ll be watching on Sunday, June 6, 2010. Red carpet begins at 8pm/7pm central and the awards show begins at 9pm/8pm central. Katy Perry and Christina Aguilera will be performing, and I’m really looking forward to seeing Christina hit the stage. Some of this year’s presenters include: Aubrey Plaza, Diddy, Taylor Lautner, Tom Cruise, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, and more!
