Demi Moore and jeweler Jack Vartanian create necklaces to help end child sex slavery and human trafficking

Jack Vartanian Jewelry Demi and Ashton Foundation

sampling of designs that are a part of this promotion

InStyle broke the news that Demi Moore has teamed up with jeweler Jack Vartanian (onlinestore.jackvartanian.com) to create a collection of handcuff design necklaces fashioned after the logo for the Demi and Ashton Foundation (DNA), demiandashton.org, an organization that raises awareness about child sex slavery and human trafficking.  Between February 1, 2011 and Valentine’s Day (February 14), 50 percent of the sales from the necklaces purchased will be donated to the DNA.  The necklaces come in small, medium, and large designs; are made of 18 carat yellow, rose, or white gold; and are accented with diamonds totaling 0.02 carats to 0.27 carats.  The price tag for this jewelry collection starts at $710 and goes up to $2140.

Ladies and gentlemen who have this kind of pocket change, it would make a great Valentine’s Day gift with an impact for that special lady in your life or my independent ladies might want to snag one up for themselves. 😉
