Setting summer off with a swagger! Southeast Productions Inc., in association with Dream Life Entertainment, launches The Source Magazine’s Digital Dime Piece swimsuit competition with a live performance by the urban cool Bobby Valentino and the hottest designer eyewear.

WASHINGTON, DC, May 27, 2010 – Samuel Davis, CEO of Southeast Productions, Inc. spearheaded a highly successful event over the weekend when he launched The Source Magazine’s Digital Dime Piece swimsuit competition. In addition to a “who’s who” in sports and entertainment guest list, Davis welcomed Forever K. Michael Collection to the DC area as both a special guest and product sponsor to the high profile event. As a result of a long-standing professional relationship, Davis elected the burgeoning designer eyewear line to co-sponsor the event along with Southeast Productions, Inc. that took place at on Hogate’s, in Washington, DC.

The Forever K. Michael Collection supplied participants and special guests with exclusive pieces from the forthcoming line, slated to launch this summer. Founder, Khristian Michael, said this about working with Southeast Productions, “Samuel Davis always brings the best when it comes to his events. They’re always classy, chic and a lot fun…with beautiful people. This is precisely our target market and something the Forever K. Michael Collection had to attach itself to.”

A leader in providing cultural, music and political news and information for the urban set, The Source Magazine is a notable resource for the sports and entertainment industry and its vast audience. The twenty-two year-old publication will feature the winner of the swimsuit competition in a forthcoming issue of the magazine, providing multi-media platform exposure to aspiring models. A musical performance by Atlanta-native, Bobby Valentino, set the tone for an after-party geared toward the young, urban elite.

“My company strives to raise the bar with each event we produce…and that can only be done when you bring the best brands and personalities together,” says Samuel Davis, CEO of Southeast Productions. “The Source Magazine Digital Dime Piece event was a huge success—and only the precursor to the many lifestyle events coming from Southeast Productions.”

A social mixer and fashion show to benefit The Project to End Human Trafficking (PEHT) were also on the event itinerary at Hogate’s. To learn more about upcoming events from Southeast Productions, Inc., please contact Samuel Davis at (301) 991-4910.
