I heart the love stories: Roger and Mimi, Roger and his music, Mark and his film, Angel and Tom, Benny and money/order, Maureen and herself, Joanne/Mark and Maureen. The play has passion, desire, death, understanding, peace, war, rebellion, humor, and freedom. It is very hard for me to pick a favorite character as they all bring a cohesion and uniqueness, but if I had to pick it would be Roger played by Adam Pascal in the film version. When he sung One Song, Glory ooo and I Should tell you I melted! My favorite couple is Angel and Tom and this is a must watch/see/listen. The show must go on .... tear drop La Vie Boheme! I never got to see it on stage! I don't know if it ever played in LA and if it did I was too young to have known about it and gone to see it.
